What You'll Do: The Service Delivery and Enablement Manager leads customer pilot programs, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes and ensure a seamless transition to long-term customer success. Reporting to the Director of Process Optimization, this role drives structured onboarding, clear governance, and measurable results, while partnering with Sales and Finance to support account discipline and key milestones.
