Respond to questions regarding daily work procedures, provide training and assign work in a manner which maximizes production output. Utilize time keeping systems and attendance reporting and Labor Distribution reporting. Metrics and work flow improvement responsibility. Resolve issues and solve problems impeding production flow and/or seek improvements in processes to improve efficiency of operations. Ensure that appropriate resources and supplies are procured and available to support operations. Process components and perform production tasks as needed to ensure completion of orders.
