Job Description The Dealer Engagement & Portfolio team partners with internal stakeholders and dealers to manage contractual changes, ensure compliance with the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement (DSSA) and state franchise laws, and protect and optimize GM’s dealer network. The Role: The Dealer Engagement & Portfolio Specialist manages a national portfolio of dealer contractual change requests across all 50 states, ensuring timely, accurate updates to dealer records in alignment with the DSSA and state franchise laws. This role collaborates closely with dealers, field teams, Legal, and other internal partners to mitigate risk, maintain data integrity, and support a healthy, high‑performing dealer network.
