Legal Counsel

Job description

ZeptoLab is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support across a wide range of commercial, operational, product, compliance and business matters, including animation licensing and production matters. The role works across the group of companies and partners closely with business teams on contracts, compliance and key operational initiatives. What You'll Do: - Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (license, vendor, service, SaaS, publishing, marketing, platform agreements) - Support internal teams (procurement, finance, product, marketing, operations) on day-to-day contractual matters - Track key contract terms, deadlines, renewals, and obligations - Support privacy and data protection matters, including reviewing data processing arrangements - Identify, assess, and escalate legal and compliance risks across the business - Review consumer-facing content, communications, and operational materials - Provide legal input on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and partnerships - Support the review of new tools, vendors, and business initiatives - Contribute to internal legal awareness and training initiatives What We're Looking Fo...
