What’s the role?: The Senior Manager, Technology Performance & Engagement is a people‑focused leadership role responsible for strengthening engagement, leadership capability and culture across Technology. Working closely with senior leaders, this role helps turn performance and engagement insights into practical actions that support teams through change and transformation.
