Company: Marsh Corporate Description: Marsh & McLennan Shared Services LLC is seeking candidates for the following full-time position based in the Phoenix, AZ office (A hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with company policies.): Senior IT Business Analysis Specialist We will count on you to: Plan, develop, and implement technology- and process-based solutions. Collaborate with business leaders, clients, and vendors to identify business needs, define process requirements and systems specifications, and implement solutions. Define requirements and deliver finalized products after agreement with client and manager. Handle delivery for Application Development and QA testing. Update and maintain requirement documents throughout application development life cycle. Act as subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice to internal application users on specific product tools to properly configure and run moderate to complex survey analytical projects.
