Job Description The Position: The Global HR Process Excellence Lead will join our ESS Global Employee Services (GES) team based in Lisbon, Portugal or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, the incumbent will provide expert‑level project and transition leadership to the GES Leadership Team, while playing a strategic and operational role in shaping how Employee Services are delivered globally. They will be responsible for the end‑to‑end design, governance, optimization, and transition of global GES processes, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery across all regions. This includes leading global projects, managing complex multi‑country transitions, overseeing global process documentation, and ensuring organizational readiness for newly transitioned services. Additionally, the role will lead and develop a small team focused on process excellence, standardization, and transition coordination.
