Supply Technician, SR Job Summary: The Senior Supply Technician will perform inventory control and supply management activities in support of clinical and administrative operations at VA healthcare facilities, and will monitor all contracted employees at the various sites. This position involves stock management, material handling, delivery coordination, and adherence to safety and infection control standards. Tasks will be carried out using computerized inventory systems with a strong emphasis on accuracy and professionalism. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of supply technician and monitor work performance to ensure adherence to VA directives, SOPs and regulatory guideline - Coordinate with program manager to ensure contractual requirements are met at all times. - Maintain timecard and attendance records of all junior supply technicians - Enforce safety guidelines for all ISCI contracted staff - Liaison between ISCI and the on-site VA ensuring communication is open - Maintain and replenish stock in primary and secondary inventory locations - Interface daily with clinical staff, vendors, and Logistics personnel - Rotate stock, monitor expiration dates,...
