Job Details: Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson Foods will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment. The starting pay for this position is $19.85/hr. with a shift increase for second shift and potential for overtime. We currently have an opening on second shift. WORK SCHEDULE: Work Monday thru Friday (3:30pm - midnight) or as needed; some weekend work may be required. Caseyville Illinois location is not accepting rehires. Tyson is currently in the process of expanding our operations in Caseyville with an $181 million dollar investment to add 7 new state of the art production lines to our current 4 production lines. With automated warehousing and robotics at the heart of this expansion the facility will be a Flagship of the Prepared Foods division. The facility currently produces Jimmy Dean and Hillshire branded retail products and the expansion will further develop our capabilities. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for moving trailers in and out of loading areas, assist in the warehouse with material handling and shipping/receiving responsibilities.
