Boca Raton Survey Office Leader Department: Survey/Geomatics: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Boca Raton, FL: Description: As the Survey Office Leader for DRMP’s Boca Raton office, you will be responsible for the strategic growth, operational management, and technical excellence of the Geomatics division in the South Florida region. You will lead Transportation, Land Development, and Construction-related projects while managing the full lifecycle of project production, department staffing, and client coordination. This role is designed for a leader who can balance high-level Business Development and marketing pursuits with the mentorship and technical oversight of a multi-disciplinary survey team. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Mentorship: Providing guidance to office and field personnel; conducting yearly performance evaluations for Project Managers, Field Coordinators, and technicians. Business Development: Leading marketing pursuits for public and private sector clients; establishing a diverse client base and maintaining a healthy project backlog.
