Job Title: Hardware Asset Management Analyst Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Work Mode: On-Site Experience: 2+ Years Rate: 22 CAD PH Role Summary: NearSource is seeking a Hardware Asset Management Analyst to support enterprise PC lifecycle operations for a global technology initiative. This role focuses on asset lifecycle management, inventory tracking, operational workflows, and data integrity across distributed environments. The selected candidate will contribute to standardized processes, reporting accuracy, and cross-regional operational support. Key Responsibilities: - Execute day-to-day PC lifecycle operations , including IT asset disposition, device refresh requests , and hardware-related intake workflows. - Manage ITSM tickets, shared inbox queues, and intake processes aligned with operational SLAs. - Track and maintain hardware inventory across office hubs and vendor partner locations. - Maintain and update asset databases , metadata structures, and lifecycle records. - Drive data standardization, cleansing, and consistency across asset management systems. - Develop and maintain operational documentation, knowledge base articles, and process guidelines. - Support user a...
