Job description

The Team: Millbrook Rise Centre is a 27-bed mental health subacute inpatient facility; we are a consumer-centred service with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery located in the beautiful Derwent Valley. We work closely with various services within not only Statewide Mental Health Services (SMHS) but also with the wider community services such as NDIS providers. We are a collaborative team that works with our consumers, their friends and families in their individualised recovery journey. We have a constantly developing activities and therapeutic groups program and we welcome new staff and new ideas to contribute to the activities program at the site. The Role: The Registered Nurse: - Strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
