Over 90% of our users play games, spending a combined 1.5 billion hours playing thousands of unique titles on Discord each month. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming. We are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to talk and hang out before, during, and after playing games. As an Administrative Business Partner , you will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to some of our leaders within our People/HR Organization. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into various teams, ensuring continuity and efficiency in leadership support. You’ll be supporting up to 5 members of our People Leadership Team (PLT) - all Directors or Sr. Directors reporting into the Chief People Officer (CPO).
