Job Description Production Engineer - Des Moines, IA This is a full-time, exempt position. As the Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing day to day operations. Your mission is to dive deep into tracking, and understanding department costs, yields, quality, process performance to ensure processes and projects are completed to enable efficient plant production. As a mentor to front-line teammates, you’ll be nurturing talent as you work with both contractors and ADM colleagues as well as ADM leadership other stakeholders.
