Jefferson Outpatient Imaging is currently seeking an experienced X Ray technologist for a Part Time position at our outpatient imaging center located in Philadelphia at 850 Walnut St. Shifts are 12p - 4p Monday through Friday with no weekends or Holidays and is benefits eligible. Duties include performing X rays and DEXA scans. We will provide DEXA training if needed. We offer FREE PARKING on site. JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director, the Diagnostic Imaging technologist: - Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner. - Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. - Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.
