Dealership: L0249 Island Honda Island Honda - Maui: Now Hiring - Automotive Sales Representative Pay: $5k-$12k Monthly: Schedule: Full Time including Saturdays - One Weekday and Sundays off. Department Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm, closed on Sundays We are growing and seeking Sales Superstars! What's real here: Our top producers earn $150K–$250K. Our average earners make $60K–$80K. We don't hide that gap — we use it to develop people who close it. Responsibilities: As an Auto Sales Representative you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.
