Classification Title: Clinical Programs Coordinator I Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in in an appropriate; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: The Clinical Programs Coordinator I under the supervision of the Quality Officer will provide support to the UF CARES CQI Plan. This position will coordinate requirements and logistics for Patient Centered Model Home-PCMH annual recognition. Coordinate the patient services and administrative activities of clinical data and monitor ongoing clinical activities for NCQA regulations. Develops and coordinate patient services to review NCQA standards Assists and support the Quality Officer to review and monitor COI strategic plan Assists providers by monitoring patient care plan, and treatment problems Works collaboratively with clinical team members of the patient’s treatment team. Maintains all records and reports related to NCQA/PCMH. and keeps track of data in an Excel spreadsheet.
