Franciscan Health Mooresville Campus 1201 Hadley Rd Mooresville, Indiana 46158 The Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates and implements a plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance and promote injury prevention. This role also performs documentation and quality improvement activities as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.
