Livingston Place Assisted Living is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and driven professional to contribute to the Marketing and Sales team as the Leasing & Sales Manager. The Leasing & Sales Manager is responsible for driving and maintaining optimal occupancy while ensuring compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations and Elderly Persons with Disabilities (EPD) waiver program requirements.
