Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Operation Material Manager. What you’ll do: Primary Function: Responsible for managing the internal materials & scheduling processes required inside an Eaton factory to drive the maximum adherence to the Master Production Schedule provided by the Network Planning team through the SIOP process. #Li-SL4 Ensures compliance to all company rules, policies, procedures, and programs in support of the established goals and objectives. Builds organizational capability throughout the department. Lead and/or support any project or initiatives as required by business needs or as requested by upper management. Essential Functions: - Responsible for managing materials flow and transactions inventory to support the plant’s operations by deploying lean material flow. - Responsible for the administration of Indirect and MRO purchasing function according to policies and practices determined by Eaton standards. - Responsible for generating short-term production scheduling aligned the plan defined by the Network. - Responsible for monitoring execution of production schedule defined by the Network (schedule labor on factory floor, monitor execution of...
