Salary/Position Classification: - $58,800 - $62,000+ Annual, Dependent on Experience, Exempt - 40 hours per week - Earliest Start Date: July 1 2026 - This position will work onsite at UND Grand Forks, ND campus Purpose of Position: The primary purpose of this position is to provide dietary guidance and support for the department and students with food allergies. This position will meet with perspective students, their families, and current students to review dietary restrictions and formulate a plan to accommodate their restrictions. In addition, this position is responsible for nutrition related student programming, department food safety training, to include routine food allergy training and ensure compliance within the operating units. Duties & Responsibilities: Nutritional programming: - Develop nutritional programming for the residence hall students based on the services and offerings provided within dining services. - Collaborate with campus departments to plan and implement nutrition education and interactive activities: workshops, cooking contests, and pop-up events. - Establish initiatives to promote healthy eating within the dining center and retail dining. - Focusing on...
