We are currently recruiting a team of Employment Engagement Advisors. This role sits within our Youth department and ensures our service users find suitable employment or remain employed. About the role: The Employer Engagement Adviser actively source suitable roles, work with employers to confirm compliance and explain the benefits and responsibilities of participation. The adviser works closely with employers to support onboarding, including coordinating eligible onboarding costs and ensuring effective induction and workplace adjustments, and maintains regular contact throughout the placement to resolve issues early and support retention. - Proactively engage with employers across the East Midlands to understand current and future recruitment needs. - Build long‑term partnerships with businesses of all sizes and across a range of sectors. - Act as the primary point of contact for employers, providing a professional and responsive service....
