The Opportunity: The Design Engineer role is responsible for preparing detailed engineering diagrams of manufactured products, machinery and mechanical equipment or devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Generate, evaluate, and analyze design concepts utilizing a fact-based approach. - Develop detailed models, drawings, and specifications for mechanical equipment, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment. - Prototype and test design concepts. - Work with engineering and manufacturing team members and with customers to design and layout detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems. - Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design deta...
