Virtual Training Team Lead The Opportunity: As a region lead trainer, you’re passionate about delivering innovative and effective training in exciting and divers e ways. You understand that learning styles vary, and your passion lies in helping people grasp new information to prepare them for mission success. Bring your enthusiasm for delivering integrated virtual training programs to the U.S. Army across the Eastern Region. You’ll coordinate, deconflict, and schedule in-person and virtual training for our Army customer, staff, and units through live audience instruction and customized scenario-based training exercises. This will include loading and unloading equipment, as well as setup and takedown in support of training delivery. You will also be responsible for transporting equipment to conduct training. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and deep understanding of simulation systems and collaborate with commander s and unit leaders to develop creative solutions that address mission-critical challenges.
