The Engagement Consultant Lead partners closely with the Executive Director of Team Member Experience to design, launch, and promote IU Health’s engagement strategy. This role is pivotal in aligning engagement initiatives with broader business objectives, including the development of organizational metrics and targets for the Promise Dashboard. As a thought leader in the engagement space, the Lead drives initiatives that engage, develop, and retain team members, supporting IU Health’s commitment to being a great place to work and cultivating a healthy, high-performing workforce.
