DIRECT HIRE: The HVAC Service Team Lead oversees commercial HVAC service projects from initial service request through completion. This role leads field technicians, coordinates turnkey repair and replacement projects, ensures high-quality workmanship, and maintains compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
