Description The Human Resources Generalist performs a wide range of HR duties to support Axiom Care’s workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, HRIS maintenance, and performance management. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices, supporting employees, and partnering with leadership to strengthen organizational culture. Full Time - Exempt: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Duties/Responsibilities: · Provides HRIS administration and support, serving as a subject matter expert for system functionality, maintaining data integrity, configuring workflows, generating reports, and partnering with HR Leadership and vendors to optimize system use. · Support benefits administration including enrollments, qualifying life events, and open enrollment. · Supports employee relations matter and assists with investigations by gathering information and documenting actions under the guidance of HR leadership, escalating sensitive or high-risk issues. · Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. · Assist with administration of day-to-day HR functions including recruit...
