A Day in the Life: The Sales Manager – Pelvic Health Italy is a senior, high autonomy leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, business development, and team execution across Italy. Reporting directly to the Regional Business Director, this role owns the full commercial agenda in Italy, including sales execution, business development, competitive strategy, and deep engagement with the Italian healthcare system (public and private hospitals, funding mechanisms, tenders, and reimbursement). This role is ideal for an experienced medical device leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of operating with independence, shaping strategy locally, and leading teams through complexity and change.
