The Same Day Access (SDA) Counselor/Social Worker intervenes on behalf of clients and families to address environmental, financial, parental, etc. needs and accessing natural community supports. Completes diagnostic assessment and referral to address mental health/emotional needs of clients as well as their families. Maintains a customer service focus for all customers including families, referral sources, and collaterals.
