About the role: We’re growing quickly and are looking for a HR Partner to support our Pharmacy function as a whole. This is a practical, people-focused role, working closely with assistants, pharmacists, technicians, dispensers, and pharmacy managers to ensure they feel supported, engaged, and able to do their best work. Alongside day-to-day HR support, you’ll play a key role in helping shape the culture within Pharmacy - bringing our values to life in a way that feels real, relevant, and works in a busy, regulated environment. This is about creating a place where people feel proud to work, not just well-managed.
