Job Posting Title: Cruise Shoreside Recruitment Specialist, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Req ID: 10149253 Job Description: About the Role This is a specialist recruitment role within the EMEA Talent Connection Centre of Excellence, supporting hiring across Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), Disney Cruise Line (DCL) ,and the wider Disney Experiences portfolio in EMEA office locations. The Cruise Line Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, with a strong focus on operational cruise line and maritime positions , including Project Management and technical roles supporting WDI at Shipyard offices . You will also provide flexible support on wider Disney Experiences roles where required. NB This position will hire for office based, shoreside roles only.
