The employee in this role will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be responsible for a broad spectrum of duties to support the FBCCEDP program. The employee in this position works under the direction of the Assistant Community Health Nursing Director and the Regional Coordinator of the FBCCEDP. - Florida Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program - Assists the Regional FBCCEDP Coordinator and back-up Coordinator with regional tasks and follow-up - Checks fax in the morning; if referral is not posted in HMS scan and attach - Types letters and mail applications to clients, then post on the internal referral tracking form - Processes applications, call and schedule appointment for mammogram, mail voucher to client and fax voucher t...
