Job Title: ZipTour Operator Level I Reports To: ZipTour Manager: Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour Shift: Full-time & Part-time, Seasonal positions Variable shifts 9:00am – 7:00pm, Must be available weekends and holidays FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly: Summary: Ensure the safety, efficiency, and overall guest experience of the ZipTour course while maintaining high operational standards. Qualifications: - Communicate effectively with guests of all ages and provide a welcoming experience. - Educate guests about Sundance's history, environment, and land preservation efforts. - Support sustainability efforts and promote a positive culture for guests and peers. - Comfortably work at varying heights to operate ZipTour spans. - Maintain safety standards, conduct equipment inspections, and complete daily opening/closing procedures. - Fit guests with harnesses and helmets, provide safety briefings, and oversee proper gear use. - Demonstrate proper use of PPE. - Assist guests with takeoff, landing, and course navigation while demonstrating proper zipping techniques. - Perform routine maintenance, inspect course components, and ensure all safety gear is in top condition. - Execute emergency proce...
