Qorvo has an opening for a GaAs Technology Thin Films Principal Process Engineer at our Hillsboro, Oregon facility. This position requires direct previous industry experience with compound semiconductor technologies (preferably GaAs) with detailed knowledge of thin films deposition and deposition equipment.
