Description Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a trusted statewide provider of skilled trade construction supporting commercial new construction, tenant improvements, and 24/7 emergency services for our clients. The Electrical Commercial Estimator plays a key role in developing accurate, competitive cost estimates for TI and new construction electrical installation projects. This individual will analyze plans and specifications, perform material and labor take-offs, and collaborate with project managers, and the internal purchasing department to prepare comprehensive bids. Work Location Requirement: This position is on-site at the corporate office and is not available as a remote or hybrid role. Candidates must be able to work from the office during standard business hours. Scope of Responsibilities: - Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope, bid strategy, and estimate requirements - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for electrical systems, materials, equipment, and labor (e.g., conduit, wire, panels, devices, lighting, switchgear) - Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and proposals for commercial electri...
