Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at our Primary Care clinic in St. Mary's Hospital Kankakee, Illinois . This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative and community-focused setting.
