Position Description: W orks with all departments to ensure company’s quality standards and procedures are met. Major Areas of Responsibilities Include: Quality - Supports Quality Manager in documentation & resolution of customer-related quality issues - Trains teams in quality issue resolution and understanding of quality goals - Develops and implements QC documentation and procedures - Maintains a current and accurate training database - Trains teams and new hires on new and relevant documents and work instructions. - Manages document control, including web-based document control systems (KMS) - Inspects and evaluates procedures and processes for production - Supports Quality Manager in reporting status of quality system for management review - Assists in writing and monitoring corrective & preventive action reports - Creation of Certificates of Compliance (COC) for all finished products as required - Maintains daily QC inspection records - Maintains quality management system - Performs other duties as assigned Logistics: - Scheduling and management of all outbound customer shipments within Mauser’s Logistics portal and customers’ portals, as required - Creation of international...
