PR & Events Communications Manager

Job description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The PR & Events Communications drives the creation and global rollout of innovative and impactful PR campaigns that elevate brand visibility and consistency across markets, as well as internal communication within the brand organization and the Group to provide internal visibility and foster engagement while supporting change management. The role will initially focus on Havana Club as a key priority brand, while being designed to support additional strategic brands within the portfolio over time. YOUR KEY MISSIONS ARE: EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS (70%) Build and nurture an international PR network, collaborate closely with agencies and the PR & Events CoE to develop strategic PR assets and guidelines and ensure performance through KPI-driven assessments, while supporting strategic brand initiatives and coordinating budgets. Contribute & deliver creative & impactful global PR campaigns Participate in the conception and execution of global PR strategies that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
