Position Overview: As a Brand Marketing Intern based in Galway, you’ll play a key role in supporting Diligent’s local brand presence and employee experience, with a special focus on our partnership with the Galway International Arts Festival (GIAF). You’ll help bring this flagship cultural partnership to life through content creation and storytelling — from behind-the-scenes moments and on-site footage to short videos and employee reactions — ensuring the festival experience connects back to our people, culture, and brand. You’ll also contribute ideas for employee engagement, brand visibility at the festival venue, and creative campaigns that reflect Diligent’s values. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to partnership collaboration, event support, and employer brand marketing in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
