Job Description Aramark is seeking a Counsel based out of our offices in Philadelphia, PA or Rockville, MD to support the Supply Chain Management and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) team. He/she will draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of vendor and third-party contracts, as well as GPO customer contracts, and independently review and ensure that such contracts comply with company policies to best serve the business needs and align with enterprise strategic goals. This role is essential in coordinating and interacting with internal departments and external partners to gather all required contract information.
