What we offer you Medical, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts Retirement Savings Plans with Company Match/Contributions What you will be doing: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Able to perform inspection of all equipment in the welded tube area including cranes, annealer, coiler, etc. - Perform preventive maintenance on equipment - Use jib crane or overhead crane to handle coils. - Ensure that material being produced conforms to specs and tolerances. (level wind, OD, etc.) - Use of measurement tools to measure tube OD, coil OD & ID, etc. (micrometers, tape measure, calipers, etc.) - Operate hoist/cranes to remove material from coiler. (time sensitive) - Keep the WIP warehouses area clean and organized. - MRT material if found out of spec - Set-up, adjust, and monitor in-line annealing system - Packs material according to procedures and instructions - Set-up, adjust, and monitor purging system - Set-up, adjust, and monitor marking systems - Breaks to be taken outside of production down time.
