Job description

Shift: 6:15 AM-6:30 PM Hourly Rate: $35.50 an hour: Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the reliability of plant systems and equipment by performing predictive, preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance while supporting safe, efficient operations across the facility. You will coach team members, support training, and help maintain clean, safe work areas while ensuring all work aligns with safety, quality, and food standards. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Coach team members online speed, organization, sanitation, staffing needs, and performance while maintaining active communication with team members and management. Coordinate team training to ensure equipment is safely operated and standard work is followed. Follow work order instructions for installation, overhaul, operation, inspections, and preventive maintenance using precision maintenance techniques on packaging and process equipment. Set up assigned production lines and support changeovers as needed. Provide feedback to improve future maintenance activities, including preventive tasks, parts, tools, and work strategies.
