Responsible for the comprehensive oversight, maintenance, and strategic management of the base telephone exchange and associated communication networks at Vance AFB. This leadership role supervises technical support teams, manages commercial communication contracts, and ensures the 24/7 operational readiness of critical communication systems operations. Supervises the maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of the base telephone exchange and telephone systems at Vance AFB. Oversee the operation of remote terminals for telephone switch systems to administer configuration changes (e.g., class of service, feature access).
