Team Purpose: The role sits in the People Initiatives and Insights team, part of the wider People and Organisation Effectiveness department, whose purpose is to align People strategy with delivery - integrating workforce planning, total reward, HR transformation, engagement and wellbeing and employee relations - to create a fair, high‑performing, and future‑ready organisation. Role purpose: Enable the organisation to deliver its People Strategy by driving effective planning, performance and compliance across our strategic People initiatives.
