Role Overview Spire's Federal Sales team runs on information and right now that information lives in too many places, in too many formats, in varying states of accuracy. This role is designed for a student eager to learn the mechanics of operational efficiency. You’ll be mentored on how to audit, clean, and structure data for maximum impact. You won't just be organizing files; you’ll be learning how to build a 'Single Source of Truth' a vital skill for any future career in data analytics, consulting or business leadership. The Work: Learning & Implementing Proper Data Hygiene - Audit existing Salesforce records for completeness, accuracy, and duplication across accounts, contacts, and opportunities - Standardize naming conventions, account ownership, and opportunity stages in coordination with sales leadership - Identify and remediate stale or orphaned records contacts with no account, opportunities with no activity - Build and document a data entry standard so hygiene is maintained after the internship ends Process Organization: - Audit current SharePoint structure: identify redundant folders, outdated files, and content with no clear owner - Propose and implement a clean folder t...
