Position Summary: The Director of Health and Safety will support the VP of EHSS and lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Carpenter Technology Corp’s health and safety programs. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while driving a proactive safety culture through innovative solutions and stakeholder engagement. The Director will serve as the primary subject matter expert on all Health and Safety topics for the VP of EHSS.
