In this role, you will focus on cultivating and growing your assigned book of business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction and uncover additional sales opportunities through effective account management. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to drive additional revenue. Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies and initiatives with customer needs.
