TITLE: Mechanical Supervisor POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for day to day mechanical maintenance operations as well as spare parts inventory and requisitions. Also, to ensure that the plant maintenance is conducted in a cost effective and safe manner that will maximize equipment uptime. QUALIFICATIONS: - Ten (10) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a maintenance role - A college degree or vocational degree may substitute for two (2) years’ experience and two (2) years supervisory experience - Must have good communications skills. - Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office - Must be able to multi-task - Must have working knowledge of electronic systems - Must possess welding, machining, and millwright skills - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. - Other skills/abilities JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Direct supervision of Mechanical Maintenance Technicians - Responsible to assist in overseeing Maintenance contractor work - Ability to perform all duties of Maintena...
