Job DetailsJob Location: Lawton, OK 73507As a Construction Specialist, you are the backbone of our infrastructure deployment. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of specialized heavy machinery to install, maintain, and repair critical telecommunications networks. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role for those who take pride in building the connectivity that keeps Oklahoma and Texas running. Key Responsibilities: Heavy Equipment Operation: Masterfully operate pole trucks, backhoes, and trenchers to facilitate underground and aerial cable placement. Site Preparation: Execute precise trenching, boring, and excavation tasks according to engineering prints and safety standards. Infrastructure Installation: Assist in the placement of conduit, fiber optic cables, and utility poles. Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily "walk-around" inspections and basic maintenance to ensure all machinery is in peak operating condition. Safety Leadership: Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident work environment.
