Job DetailsJob Location: Bedford, NH 03110Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Salary/yearDuBois & King is seeking a Construction Services Program Lead with 15+ years of experience. This is a full-time, salaried position that can be based in our Vermont or New Hampshire offices. This position will oversee construction phase services, resident and inspection staff, and coordinate with engineering divisions to provide construction adjacent tasks during non-construction months, managing the workload for the entire Construction Group. This includes internal and external business development, and alignment of Group goals and tasks to our engineering division’s differing needs. Business Development Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with clients, including former clients and municipalities’ region-wide. Perform networking activities. Prepare agreements for construction phase services including determination of labor and reimbursable expense cost; Including fee development and negotiation of fees.
